We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, timestamps, referral URLs, form submission metadata, login activity, and tracking data connected to referral links or partner activity.

Information is used to review affiliate applications, manage partner access, operate the partner area, provide referral links and marketing materials, track leads and sales, calculate commissions, process payouts, answer messages, maintain records, and protect the program from abuse.

Sensitive Tax Information

Taxpayer identification information submitted through the partner area is stored separately from the regular partner profile and encrypted before storage. Normal admin screens display only tax status and the last four digits of the identifier.

Sensitive tax records are used for payout readiness, tax reporting, compliance, fraud prevention, and business recordkeeping. Partners are responsible for submitting accurate information and updating it when needed.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, accounting records, tax records, or archived program records even after an account is closed.
