Partner Agreement
This partner agreement explains the expectations, rules, and payment conditions for approved Work With Dexter partners.
Private Partner Program
Work With Dexter is a private affiliate partner program operated by Dexter Nelson. The program is designed for approved partners who can responsibly promote real business offers, send qualified leads or sales, and follow the terms attached to each active offer.
Applying does not guarantee approval. Access may be approved, denied, paused, suspended, or removed at any time if the partner relationship is no longer a fit, if program rules are violated, or if an offer is no longer available.
Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to represent Work With Dexter and any related offers honestly. Partners may not use false claims, misleading deadlines, fake scarcity, unauthorized guarantees, fabricated testimonials, or any promotion that could damage Dexter Nelson, Work With Dexter, an associated business, or a customer relationship.
Partners are responsible for their own marketing methods, audience relationships, advertising accounts, business expenses, compliance decisions, and tax obligations. Partners must follow all laws, platform rules, and offer-specific restrictions that apply to their promotions.
Offer Rules And Approved Materials
Each offer may include its own commission terms, approved messaging, prohibited claims, tracking rules, qualification requirements, and payout conditions. Those offer-specific terms control over general program language when there is a conflict.
Partners may use approved links, copy, graphics, talking points, and campaign materials made available inside the partner area. Partners may not alter an offer in a way that changes the promise, pricing, guarantee, eligibility, or expected result unless written permission is given.
Commissions And Qualified Referrals
Commissions are earned only when a referral meets the requirements of an active offer. A qualified referral may depend on factors such as valid tracking, lead quality, customer eligibility, completed payment, refund period, chargeback status, duplicate lead review, manual approval, or other offer-specific requirements.
Commission amounts, payout timing, cookie duration, approval rules, and reversal rules may vary by offer. Work With Dexter may reject, reverse, hold, or adjust commissions connected to fraud, self-referrals, duplicate leads, unqualified leads, refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, policy violations, or tracking abuse.
Paid Traffic, Brand Use, And Claims
Partners must review the details of each offer before running paid traffic. Unless an offer specifically allows it, partners may not bid on protected brand terms, impersonate Dexter Nelson or any related business, use misleading display URLs, or create ads that appear to be official company ads.
Partners may not make income claims, performance claims, health claims, financial claims, legal claims, or guaranteed-result claims unless those claims are provided or approved in writing for that specific offer.
Tax And Payment Requirements
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information. Approved commissions may be delayed or withheld until required tax information is complete, including a digital W-9 or other required documentation.
Partners agree that typed certification and signature fields submitted through the partner area may be treated as electronic signatures for program records. Partners are responsible for keeping their information current.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Partners are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employee, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, or legal representative relationship between the partner and Dexter Nelson, Work With Dexter, or any related business.
Partners do not have authority to bind Dexter Nelson or any related business to contracts, discounts, obligations, warranties, guarantees, or customer promises.
Termination
Either party may end the partner relationship at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to offers, links, materials, reporting, and future commissions.
Commissions earned before termination remain subject to the applicable offer terms, qualification review, refund periods, chargebacks, tax requirements, and any other program rules in effect at the time.
